Think theres no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal!

No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but lets face it, youre in a big minority. Most of you reading this wont even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, Im sure many of you cant even do 10.

However, it really doesnt matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, Im positive youll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

Dont be fooled by the impostors. This is the ORIGINAL Hundred pushups app, having been in the store since 2008.

Its a copy of the site, but makes it so much easier! Having it all in hand has helped me go on with the training! And the Twitter link is very nice too! In my opinion, it should be able to connect with the calender, and send out warnings on the day youre planning your trainings. That would be very nice!! I hope they do that on their next update!

i bought this for 79 cent in an 50% offer. I would also like to buy squats but would not buy it for 1,59 could u please make an offer? and notifications would be awesome!!
Die App. Ist super um sich zu steigern, die Aufgaben sind nicht zur schwer ! To delevopers: It would Be good To have an pusupnotification in this App so you Wont forget To make your Daily pushups! Another hint: It would Be good of you make an all in one Application
This app is great for getting to the 100 pushups. I miss only a reminder to do the pushups.
Great App, but if i tipp the Button "Log" the App crashes every Time!! So i cant view my last work-Outs :/

Some bad moments

After this last update, its not possible to modify the nr of pushups that have just been done. Also another problem, the phone will lock the screen if you dont touch it during the recover time.
Where is the pushups counter??? There are much more better apps for reaching 100 pushups!!
Used to be a great app - without repeat day its become too cumbersome to adjust to my actual progress to use it any more.
Why back to the old design - the old bugs are back too: cant post on FB. Worked fine under the new design.
New release crashes on iPad when you press the "todays program" button.
