Terrific!
I use this app and 20 chin ups and 200 squats as well. It really helps that Ican get up, walk the dogs and come back to these easy tofollow apps to get my core exercising out of the way.
The only negative is my Facebook friends are telling me to stop auto-posting my workout results - they feel guilty that they are not working off their Christmas turkey and mashed!
