I do not know why people are writing bad reviews. This gives you motivation and pride for what you do, even if its only five reps. I love it and look forward to the workouts that I do. And you dont need all of the equipment like you use in gyms. Its just you and your iPhone.

Modified for women?

Great app! My only issue was that they dont allow for modified pushups for woman.

Crash problem

I just downloaded the update and I cant use the app anymore because it crash when i click on todays program. Please fix that. But i liked the app before the update.

Like many others have said my app crashes when I hit the todays program button...

It was better before the update

Good pace and motivating app. However, after the update my data is graphed all jumbled up (not in chronological order). Also, why cant I edit the data after it has been entered? Very frustrating. Lets go guys get your act together!

Great app, dont like the free at first and now you pay

I was really enjoying this app. After my last update it no longer works. I looked to re-install and now its a pay. nice as a free app but Ill do this the old fashion way instead of paying. If youre going to make it a pay app then do it right from the start! Ill avoid this developer for future free and pay apps.

No explanation of re general concept of approach. Also after first test assumed it would scale the exercises accordingly but certainly doesnt appear to...

Nice app.....but

Anything that helps motivate you to pursue a healthy lifestyle, is worthwhile in my books. However, the default curve is too intense for a beginner. Beginners should use a conditioning phase for a month, then only increase by 10% a week. Otherwise there is a risk of failure and then lack of interest in the program.

I actual do my pushups. Started only being able to 17 now I can push past 50. I have no doubt Ill make it to 100

Too fast

Bought this app and started at week 3, it was fine till week 4 but then the the sets just began to get too hard. Adjusting the amount of reps doesnt get you anywhere as the next time it will be back to normal. This needs to be fixed!

Good workout

I progresses a little to fast Id say though. I put in 15 pushups, and now at week 2 day 2 its making me do 75 pushups... Feeling stronger already;)

Great app - does what is says, simply, and helpfully. Just the coach I needed.

It got me active

It does progress a little fast, but you do feel stronger and better about yourself. I am on week 5 now and I will keep going. I am actually looking at physical fitness more seriously now. Btw I am over 40.

Ummmmm

Alright after 2 updates this app finally works properly for me!! It is super awesome other than the fact(s) it is progressing way too fast (going up 12+ more each day) and when I adjust my amounts it doesnt put that into account for the following day! If I couldnt do 75 pushups yesterday how can I do 87 today???? Hard stuff!! Feel great though.
