This app does progress fast. But it does work. You have to push past your comfort zone, and it works. When i started, i could do about 14 :/ On week 2, i could do 50 consective. Curently, im on week 4 and can do 74. On my way!

Fantastic app! The app pushes you to challenge yourself...I like how it progresses as it motivates me to go past my comfort zone. Pretty cool that I am a female and can do more push ups than most other females and even males :)
Does exactly what it says. Started being able to do 25 pushups over 5 sets, now can do a total of 100+, all in just ONE MONTH! 4 stars because would like to see some sort of motivating push in the app, but otherwise its a great way to build strength and muscle.
Trying to repeat Week 4 but it restarted me to week 1. Went to the setup to try again to reset to week 4. Shows the right week but still has the same number of pushups for week 1. Frustrating.
Its a great app. Iv been following it so far and works beautifully. On my second week and already seeing a big difference --no lies!! Gonna see if they have other apps!
I found the best thing about this app is the log. But thats for me personally. I like to see physical and graphical proof that I will one day be able to do fifty or a hundred push-ups in a row. There is a tutorial on how to do a proper push-up, so it was great for a dude like me. And it takes almost less than ten minutes to do the exercises, depending on how many push-ups youre on. Ive had little to no problems from the program itself.
I am seeing great results after only 3 weeks. Each day the very last pushup is my exhaustion pushup- to me, that speaks of a well designed program. Looking forward to the next 3 weeks and the increase in strength!
Whenever I try to save an image from my online search, it saves a black screen and sometimes it saves the picture upside down. But it doesnt saves the image you are trying to save. Please fix it.
Its awesome! Easy to follow along and I can notice improvement just after week 2. Keep making more workouts, Like pull ups please!
My old workout for pushups was do 1 set of one pushup then one set 2 pushups, etc and i got up to 22 pushups in one set with perfect form. It also increased how much i could bench press by 15 lbs. but after using this app for four weeks 48 hour rest between days i lost 5 pounds on the bench press and i could only do 11 pushups:( and after just that im exhausted.>:(
All the five star reviewers obviously havent used the app for more than a week. The app regularly messes up the count and often accidentally sets you to the wrong week. And what are the levels about? Confusing and non-functional.

Thank you for listening to your customers. It is greatly appreciated. This has been a great app for me. Getting back into it again after yoga has strengthened my wrists enough to be able to better handle push-ups. Ill report back in 5 more weeks!
Ive used this app on and off for a while but never really got into it as the interface was cumbersome and getting to todays program was cumbersome. The previous update where the app was refreshed and made so much more sleek was great. Easy on the eyes and easy to use. Todays program was a touch away. The recent update pushed back out the old version :( I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the previous from my backups. Dont know how long I can look at the update notification before Im forced to delete the app and find another. Please bring back the sleek version :)
Im totally confused with this app. Not user friendly and too many bugs there.
i wish there would be a 100 crunch app also
